Industry 4.0
STS Tecnopolimeri s.r.l. is a company selected under the POR MARCHE FESR 2014/2020 - Axis 1 - OS 1 - Action 1.3 "Industry 4.0 - Support for the processes of corporate innovation and the use of new digital technologies in the Marche MPMI".
The project approved for financing involves an integrated system for the molding of plastic materials: a renewal program able to provide the technological structures and the appropriate technical skills of innovation for Industry 4.0, with technologically advanced equipment to affect production processes, improve the quality of the works, use resources more efficiently.
The project objectives: improvement quality of the production process, traceability of the process, products with the highest characteristics, expansion of the reference product sectors with consequent consolidation and development of the current company, improvement of the company performance in environmental and safety terms.
From now STS is an even more competitive, interconnected, efficient, organized and functional company, thanks to the digitalisation of processes, exploitation of production, creative and innovative processes and a range of improved and integrated services.
