Quality check with probe in automotive part.
Quality request is more increase in this time. From design to process and manufacturing is more important to obtain high standard of quality to compete in the markets. In these case it was necessary to control form and seams of internal parts of automotive dressing. We have probed with our scan 3D (Cam2-Faro) some kind of tissues and hides. Over the quality of seams we are tested also the product process ,probed some parts of the same mounting to validate the manufacturing that in this case Is handmade masterwork. After the measure with help of CAE software simulation compare trough best fit the geometry scanned with the project for guarantee the compliance with tolerance shares. The choice of use the spherical probe instead of scanner laser ,it was simply because the best result for obtain the 3d curve and profile is not the same with laser scan that is indicated for copy form and 3D surfaces. The analysis has satisfied the clients .
